There is a method in which you an zoom or magnify in a video without using any hied part softwares.
Just you need is to play your video in which you want to zoom in using VLC Media Player.
1) Go to Tools and select Effects And Filters.
2) And then click on geometry.
3) Select Interactive Zoom option and hit close.
4) You are done.
Now you will see a secondary video and a zoom slider inside the VLC Media Player.You can just slide up and down to zoom in or out and also adjust the zoomed video.
